Bishop Paul and Pastor Lynn Taylor are the Founders of Living Water Worship Center Church. Their passion is to see individuals put their faith in Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. Bishop Taylor has been preaching the Gospel for 30 years. His gift of exhortation and encouragement along with his exuberant joy have blessed many lives. He serves as the Third Chief Officer and Virginia State Leader of a national and international fellowship of churches called Covenant Global Consortium. He is the Chaplain for the Fairfax City Police Department in Fairfax City, Virginia. He is also a Founding Member of the Northern Virginia Community Alliance (NVCA). This newly formed organization seeks to partner with local police departments in Northern Virginia to foster healthy relationships between law enforcement and community members. Pastor Lynn serves in pastoral ministry alongside her husband. She has been teaching the Word of God for over 30 years and preaching for over 6 years. She is an anointed Intercessor and Teacher of the Word. Though soft spoken she has been nicknamed “The Quiet Storm” for her exuberant preaching ministry. Pastor Lynn has led several Women’s Fellowship Groups and Bible Studies. She is a gifted writer and has edited an award winning book and line of greeting cards. Together, she and Bishop Taylor are the parents of 4 sons and 1 daughter-in-”love”.

Apostle Taylor has been preaching the Gospel for over 30 years and served in several key roles in the church. His gift of exhortation and encouragement along with his exuberant joy have blessed many lives. His ministry extends beyond the sanctuary and into the community. He currently serves as the Chaplain of the Fairfax City Police Department in Fairfax City, Virginia.

Pastor Lynn serves in pastoral ministry alongside her husband. She has been teaching the Word of God for over 30 years and preaching for 10 years. She is an anointed Intercessor and Teacher of the Word. Though soft spoken she has been nicknamed “The Quiet Storm” for her exuberant preaching ministry. Pastor Lynn has led several Women’s Fellowship Groups and Bible Studies. She is a gifted writer and has edited an award winning book. Together, she and her husband are the parents of 4 adult sons. They are also blessed with a daughter-in-”love” and 1 granddaughter.
